FEATURES
QUALITY
The ramps are made using custom designed aluminium beams. The material used is 6061 T6 aerospace grade alloy, with a strength similar to mild steel, but only a third of the weight. This particular alloy is also used in aerospace and marine applications not only for its strength, but also for its corrosion resistance.
The aluminium beams are anodized black, which gives them a further protection, a harder surface and a pleasant finish.
The lift system is using a fin cooled, oil submerged worm drive. These are very compact and powerful units and they will easily lift motorcycles, buggies and cargo of more than 500kg.
All metal components are laser cut, welded, then zinc plated. After the zinc plating we also powdercoat the steel components, to obtain a corrosion resistant product.
POWERTILT
One of the unique features of our ramps is that they tilt to horizontal position while still outside the vehicle - this allows for loading in very tight spaces, such as a standard Van or the loading bay of an RV.
We have customers who even loaded two Ducatis side by side in a Mercedes Vito, using two ramps.
cordless tool driven
Our ramps use a standard 18V or 24V cordless tool to operate the wormdrive. There is no need for installing a separate battery, or run cables.
In the event that you run out of batteries for your cordless tool (even though most are supplied with 2x batteries), you can manually operate the wormdrive with a hand crank, albeit at a much slower speed.
easy install
The ramp joiners are movable in case you need to attach it to strongpoints.
However the ramp can be attached without drilling holes, by using the AC 012 boltless attach kit and standard ratchet straps together with the tie-downs of your vehicles cargo bed.
This allows you to install and remove the ramp in a matter of minutes.
The AC012 is also the perfect accessory for businesses that wish to rent out ramps.
modular
Thanks to a wide range of accessories, you can use the same base ramp to also load 3-wheel scooters, snowmobiles, lawn mowers, jet skis, choppers up to 3m, and any type of cargo using our slide-out tray which attaches to the ramp.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
-
How much does a ramp cost? Please see the RAMPS page and the ACCESSORIES page for pricing details.
-
Do you ship to my country?First check if there is a dealer in your country, from our DEALERS page. If not, be advised we can ship world-wide by air or sea. Typically air freight costs for one ramp are around €950, while sea freight is around €500. We do charge €150 extra for crates designed for either air freight or sea freight. Please note these prices are subject to change.

How can I become a dealer? To become a dealer, be sure you are financially stable because we work in volume when using dealers. You must be familiar with bikes and trucks/vans. You must have the time to work with the project, and you need to send us some background info on yourself. Dealers are free to market the product under certain conditions mentioned in our standard agreements. We help our dealers with various marketing efforts including online marketing, and if a dealer has an upcoming event, we post it in our growing social media channels and on this website.

How does the ramp work?We realized that most mechanically minded people have a cordless drill. So we designed the ramp to work using a cordless drill. No effort, no need for special installations or batteries, no need to drill holes, or draw cables. It should be a cordless tool using 18 or 24V, with an output of 50Nm. In an emergency, the ramp can be operated by hand using a standard 19mm wrench (3/4"). The same size like most wheel bolts.
-
Which ramp do I need for my specific Pickup and motorcycle? The AUN 200 ramp will lift bikes into pick-up trucks with a load height of 900mm or 35". If you have a crew cab pick-up truck like a Jeep Gladiator for example (with a short cargo bed) we can then cut the base ramp to suit your exact cargo bed plus tailgate length. If on the other hand you have a long bed pick-up truck, you could use the AC 200 ramp together with the AC 004 tailgate adapter so that you can close the tailgate after loading the bike.
-
Which ramp do I need for my specific van and motorcycle? Both the AUN 100 (2m in length) and the AUN 200 (2.5m in length) work very well with vans, especially low roofed ones. If your bike's total length is less than 2 meters, use the AUN 100. If the bike is longer than 2 meters, use the AUN 200. If the bike is a chopper or say a Goldwing, add the AC 003 adapter so you can slide the bike further inside the van so that the back doors can be closed. Both ramp models can be customized to fit exact cargo space lengths. Both ramps can use extenders and adapters - even custom bikes can then be loaded easily.
-
By how much does the ramp raise the motorcycle?By approximately 85 mm. However if straps are used to compress the front struts of the motorcycle, the height rise is zero, or negative. For example if the client compresses the front struts 100mm, then the motorcycle can be loaded in a space 15mm lower than its original height.
-
Can I use your ramps for a professional towing business? If you wish to use our ramps for your towing business, this does not pose any problem, however we advise to download our Maintenance Guide PDF, which you can find on our Ramps page, for weekly and monthly maintenance to keep the worm drive and lifting mechanism working as smoothly as possible.

CUSTOMER FEEDBACK
Ray Jackson
I use mine commercially , I haul Harley Davidsons , majority of which are baggers . On average I load and unload 6 times a day . The Neo-Dyne Loaders handles the 900 lb bikes with ease ! I’d recommend this loader to anyone !
Bjørn Smauget
Simply the best loader on the market if you ask me!
Best of all, it is very good for Choppers!
With the Neo-Dyne ramp and my truck, I can bring along my family, and my dog, on holidays and still be able to ride my bike on location.
