WARRANTY
1. Our warranty
We warrant you that our products are free from manufacturing defects and material defects for the Warranty Period.
2. Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover:
​(a) if impact drivers are used, warranty is void. Cordless tools without impact function must be used.
(b) installation of the products not in accordance with the supplied manuals and instructions
(c) using our products other than for the purpose for which they were originally designed, for example overloading.
(d) commercial use. For commercial use, please inform your dealer.
(e) modifications and/or repairs can in some cases void the warranty. Before modifying or repairing the product, please contact us.
(f) damage due to vandalism, terrorism, collision, road hazards
3. Warranty period
Two years warranty on all parts except straps. If impact drivers are used, warranty is void. Cordless tools without impact function must be used.
4. Making a claim
Please contact us via the contact form on this website, or directly at tech@neo-dyne.com and we will answer you within 24 hours, excluding holidays and weekends. You must supply a proof of purchase, or the warranty claim will not be accepted.
